Is that why the fuckin postman don't turn up until nearly tea time these days, can't get out of bed cos he's busy polishing his rocket watching our films?

16 million letters going missing a year plus some guy just been done for pinching 130,000 letters/parcels that is an awaful lot of Knob Polishing. The UK post sucks at times !!! As you say blame the supplier when in most occasions it is 'The Royal Mails' problem.

I think I saw some stat in one of the papers that 1 in 50 letters goes missing (misplaced is the politically correct term) after posting.

So the law of averages says that you will not get all goods delivered from companies like Y/C.

Companies like Y/C, STB and Tabor rely on your repeated trade so always want to keep you happy.

I have found that a quick email solves the problem and these companies then swiftly dispatch a replacement.
