The desire for anonymity has provoked some good aliases amongst the contributors to this forum, ranging from the pretentious, like mine, through the good if somewhat strained, like Hugh G Rection, to the truly inspired, of which my favourite is Onan the Librarian. This combines a highly appropriate allusion to the Old Testament with a reference to dubious modern SciFi literature, and tops it off with the self-deprecatory switch from barbarian to librarian.

I dont agree, I think this forum has one of the weakest line ups of names from regular contributors I've ever seen. The reason possibley being that you can change name with every post. Alec will know this is something I've asked about in the past but as I know a little about web design I realise how hard this would be to fix. - Callipygea, aggreed Onan must win best name!
