Problems with ordering from Your Choice

A few months ago I tried to place an order with Your Choice. At some moment during the ordering process one has to choose a password. Whatever password I chose, it was not accepted. I sent them an e-mail, telling them what had happened and asking them why it had happened, but they never answered it.
Last week I tried to place an order again. Again all my passwords were rejected. And again I e-mailed them and did not get an answer.
In pre-password times I ordered from them a few times and never had any problems. They used to be quick and reliable. I am quite sure I behaved like an honest customer should. There are no unpaid bills.
Did others meet with the same problems? Would Your Choice be so kind to tell me what went wrong or, if my passwords were refused deliberately, what they have got against me?
