As much as I enjoy using this site and checking in on the Forum, I was wondering if anyone knew of a similar UK based site or forum that dealt with films from other regions as well as the UK?

As I say, no disrespect to all the hard work done here but my tastes also stretch to stuff outside the UK. (Aren\'t I so cosmo!)

I've found other newgroups to pale in comparison with this forum. Spam, crappy pics and useless information get in the way of (and probably discourage) interesting discussion and debate on stuff.

I'd be interested too, to find forums of different topics - preferably on a site not asking me for money (cos you ain't getting any!!)

Half the posts here should be considered "off-topic".
eg "Its my birthday", or US stars like Racquel Darrian - or maybe even this post ;o)

Maybe Alec could just move them to a second forum rather than deleting them?

True, we could be accused of tolerating a lot of off-topic posts that maybe we should delete - the stuff that is deleted or moderated is done so for very good reason though. They can't simply be moved to a second forum as they normally contain material which could either cause us trouble as site maintainers, cause embarrassment or hassle for any subjects mentioned in the post or else they're just plain offensive.
