Research for Play

I'm a female writer working in television and theatre and I'm working on a play for theatre that looks at the adult entertainment industry since legal changes in 2000. I am particularly interested in emailing or speaking with women who've got into porn and the POSITIVE experiences they've had, particularly. Also, those who wish to get into the industry and their reasons for doing so.
Ideally, I would like to be visit a set, so any producers who would get in contact would be greatly appreciated. I stress I am pro-porn and want to write something truthful and accurate about the growing industry. Even a brief email exchange with someone who knows the world would be fantastic.
Thanks for your time, responses appreciated.

How does that stop anyone doubting that that email is from that woman on that web page? Unless you know her personally, that could be a fake web page. Someone with a free email address could be using the name 'Lucy Prebble'.
There is no way I know of, of knowing who the person with that email is.
Just like there is no way of knowing how many hits a web page gets.
And what's pro-porn got to do with anything?
Oh, yes my name is Albert Einstein

Um, yes, I suppose it's quite easy to set up an email address under any name you like. I ensure you and anyone else reading this that I only wish I were interesting enough for some random person to want to pretend to be me.
As it is, I'm a writer who works with the Royal Court theatre, the National theatre and channel 4 and am genuinely seeking informed opinions on working in hardcore pornography in Britain today. The reason I am doing this, and the reason I used the expression 'pro-porn' is simply because my research so far would indicate that it's an industry misrepresented for the most part by the media.
The women who work in pornography seem to do so by choice, and enjoy it, as do the women who buy and use pornography. This is pretty unexplored and, like much of sexuality in this country, shied away from.
I didn't really anticipate having to prove my identity so I will simply say again that anyone who would have the time to answer a few questions (particularly women who do or have worked in the industry or filmmakers themselves - over email is fine -
lucyplaywright@hotmail.com) would be being very kind. I honestly just want to get it right.

The trouble is we get plenty of researchers here who all want to do a sympathetic piece, and it always ends up as a hatchet job. It's going to be extremely hard to convice a hostile audience you're not just someone looking to do a 'Trisha'.
