Hi Guys,

Anyone know if there is any particular place to complain about use of film on a published video? In this case UK Urban Flavas 1.

The film was shot as content only for her site and mine, no payment was made, no model releases signed and neither Kym nor myself have given any permission whatsoever for the company to use the content for sale anywhere.

Presumably this has been sold to Rude Brittania or the company set up by the guy himself but I'm sure someone on here will know Rude Brittania and how to get in touch with them.

If anyone can let me know that would be much appreciated.

Kym this film has been out for a fair while. I can't remember exactly when I bought it but at a guess I would say that it was Feb-March time although as I say that is only a guess.

I can't help you on how to complain.

I don't usually get involved in such nonsense but these are the facts.
Your adorekym site was an arrangement between you and ninety-ten productions. I am not part of ninety-ten and all that I have ever done, was to shoot as much content for you in order that your site had a chance to convert. You had access to online stats so you know the rate of conversion did not justify my continued involvement.
You were paid by ninety-ten on a monthly basis and it was made clear to you that all payments that you received direct into your account were for content supplied and ninety-ten reserved the right to promote your site as best possible both on and offline, through use of the content in whichever way they deemed fit.
Check your invoice receipts and you will see that this is the case.
I know the structure of this document because Anjali receives exactly the same invoice/release form on a monthly basis. So I am totally aware of it's legal validity.
Ninety-Ten (who paid you for this content) asked me to use your scene to help promote your site in a bid for them to re-coup some of the set-up costs of the site.
Sandy will I'm sure be able to give you an insight into how the DVD performed. All I will say is that it was a very unproductive project financially and ninety-ten still made a heavy loss on your site.
If you look at the production, you will see that you and Mr Dan Dares have your then respective sites actively quoted and promoted within the scene.
I remember at the time your choice of shooting partner was Mr Dan Dares and you chose him because of a cross content arrangement.
I also note that the Dan Dares site feature other sets of cross content and as such all parties were fully aware of the potential usage of the material.
Its a shame that you have taken such an attitude as I have always liked you Kym and you know as well as I do that I always went out of my way to help you both professionally and personally.
Its a shame that the adorekym project did not work out for you with ninety ten but for my part I never asked or received a penny for the content production of that site. And although it was not a successful project, you did receive revenue from it.
Regardless of your attitude, I wish you all the best for the future.

But I think that you are refering to the wrong person
I have no moderator control over passwords to any adore sites as these are all controlled as you well know by Mike Green at Ninety Ten
I'm sure that you have his email. If not you can find it on the invoice/release documents that were sent too you with your monthly payments.
If however you don't have his email then I will be more than happy to supply it for you.

I simply don't have any active control over the adore sites outsite of Anjali's as they are nothing to do with me.
Just contact Mike and discuss it with him. He's a good guy and I'm sure he will be able to sort that out for you.
