has anyone had any dealings with this company regarding joining their website and then they keep taking money from the users credit cards even after they have cancelled.
they also seem to ignore emails and phone calls.

Someone posted a similar story back in 2003 British Paysites-page 2
warning of that practice
Must say when I was a member (3/4 years ago) I was never over charged or ignored via email except when I asked why I hadn't received my Free CD
they suddenly went silent
Being honest,its one site I won't be entering ever again
