B/G videos & selling

A model, listed and mentioned a few times on this forum wants to make a b/g video/DVD with her boyfriend. They are not looking at a one-off payment but the way of getting the most money from it.
Personally I think selling through a dedicated website is the best way along with other merchandise.
Any comments on the best way or recommendations?

Won't be, just going to film, minimally edit and create a DVD or movie file.

Not a one-off for this vid, at the mo she doesn't have any site at all but I have business site with capacity for her info.

Has done stills not video as far as I know.
