After reading the Xxxplict thread below, I thought I would inform you that It is not too late to reply to Ofcom's Broadcasting Consultation, as they are accepting late responses ( as long as they are not too late). Melonfarmers have full details on where to send your responses.

They replied to my email asking for R18 on Sky subscription channels and sent me a form to fill in, but even with my firewall and anti virus off I still couldn't open it. Hope they keep my comments on file though.

i received the same form and had no problems. i can email it you if you think it's worth trying.

Yes if you don't mind mate. I think it might be Bt Yahoo Mail removing the attachment but yeah have a go thanks.
