DEFI in France

Hi
There used to be in France a major magazine and video company in France called DEFI based in Perpignan (Still publishing 2 years ago) who we used to deal with. I know the guvnor of the company was under scrutiny by the authorities the last time we we dealing with them. They had about 12 magazine titles in France. Does anyone know what actually happened to DEFI or are they trading under a different name. I've tried to get in contact recently and all their old numbers have been cut. Appreciate any help.
