Joe, first things first, you're not the one to blame on this matter!

I believe the confusion is also part of the BBFC policy, which considers the feature disc and the bonus disc as separate productions, and have to be submitted/classified accordingly as separate items. We were a bit surprised and not amused when we received a clearance for the feature disc but also received a cut list for the bonus disc but at a much, much later time.

In an earlier post about the BBFC, I already mentioned that we try to cut exactly what is required. I also mentioned the inconsistencies in their policy: a certain cut is required for being "compulsive", another part of the same scene which contains the same "compulsive" action is approved.

In the case of the Double BJ scene this was quite tricky, because the entire scene was filmed in one sequential shot. To make cuts without killing the flow of the scene and to preserve as much as possible was a tough game. But I think we found the best possible solution for this. So, some gagging still can be found in that scene because the BBFC approved this.

Regarding the reference to the Premium Rate telephone number, we first tried to find specific info about the costs. There is a UK website where you can fill in any Premium Rate telephone number in order to get that info. But that website said the telephone number mentioned by Alicia was "non-existent".
So we decided to cut out the reference to that number.

In addition, the bonus disc also included a short trailer about the Double BJ scene, in which the nose pinching was also shown (1sec + 1 frame) which also needed to be cut. We replaced that with a short clip of the same running length with Alicia and Isabel licking the guy's cock up and down together simultaneously.

In comparison with the required cutlist for the "Virtual Sex With Angel Long" dvd (the uncensored version will be available very soon), one could say that the required cuts on the Alicia dvd were actually a breeze.
