HCC used to sell it, not sure if they still have after their recentish problems, drop them an email, see links left

Sorry: the Good Osifer is, in production terms, responsible for said title, and although he appears here fairly frequently, I can only counsel patience.
I did have a copy, IIRC, but I think I gave it to Magoo.
So it's all his fault.

in cryptic terms what jj is trying to say is do a search for officer dibble and email him directly, or just hang around until he pops up with one of his musings
