JacksElite - has it ever update ?

I used to be a member of Jacks Elite ages ago, mainly for the promise of
some great Adele Stevens sets. However, I gave up, because this site NEVER updated, despite all the promises of the webmaster. Anybody know if this has changed over the past few months ?
Also, am a member of a couple of Adele sites. Anybody got any other recommendations ?

We've all been burnt at least once
Until the Laws catch up with the Internet the bottom line is buyer beware....always read the fine print before signing up...many sites bank on you not doing so because most memberships will need to be cancelled anywhere from 24 Hours to a fortnight before the expiry date...its a well known method of fleecing another months membership from the foolish who don't read the terms & conditions
