I know what was causing your problem before - some firewall setting or security software on your PC is blocking referrer information from being sent by your browser. Unzipped needs to know you're accessing the video directly from a link on the unzipped site but without referrer details it can't.

My settings for Interent Zone Secruity & Trusted Zone Security are both High!

So would this be the reason why i keep getting the User & Password
box pop-up and even though i enter the right combo it still won't let me download the video's? By changing those settings too medium or low i should get access too them right?

I don't think it's your browser settings, but I'm fairly sure I've seen that Norton Internet Security (for example) blocks the sending of referrer urls by default (that's actually why Unzipped tell you to switch off your firewall, but it shouldn't be necessary to switch it off completely so long as you permit the necessary information to pass through). That's the kind of thing you need to check the settings for. I don't use NIS myself though, but maybe someone who does can help ...

I don't use Norton either, so really i shouldn't be experiencing this? I use the free Anti-Vir one unless this does the same as Norton?

Try using FlashGet to download, it will ask you for your username and password and this might help.
