How do you order her videos - I've been trying the web site, but she keeps rejecting my orders

'She' (Fiona), is actually a he..... a Phil Sutcliffe to be precise. Do a search on the name to ascertain opinions upon the chap.

I found posting an order quite an acceptable means of communication. The company ( or Gnomes as s/he refers to them in the inane letter in in his/her 'monthly' comics) are very efficient.

The service I found was very good, and by e-mail, you're only gaining a day or so......

Dave, I've tried before to send orders through her secure server but was never successful, so I now click on the e-mail icon on her web site and order through that. The videos arrive a couple of days later.
