Used underwear etc

I was astonished to discover that WWE wrestling are currently selling the used underwear of several of their female performers on their auction site. It surprises me that Brit porn producers don't auction off movie-used items in a similar way. People will pay fortunes for obscure barely-seen props from Hollywood movies and cult TV shows, surely there's a market somewhere for items like "black lace panties worn by Angel-Long in Student House 19"?
This post is not an open invation for performers and producers to start hocking their wares (otherwise it would be in the Promotions forum), just a query as to whether anything like this has been attempted and whether there's a market. Producers are always complaining about how hard it is to make money from a film, surely this is a potential new revenue stream?

If undies etc were started to be auctioned off where would they be sold? Ebay or an auction accessed via this site?

I was just talking to Jim Slip about this very topic the other day. I think that he will be auctioning the clothes, shoes (everything) that the girls wear on his shoots actually via his website and their are a lotta girls on there.
Other producers may have a problem doing this as the girls provide their own clothes for the shoot whereas he provides most of the clothes they wear.
Contact him directly if you want to actually go about purchasing any items and to persuade him to get the auction site going.

I have actually sold quite a few pairs of Used Panties....lol
Most Auction sites I have found are all American Based, but over 2 years I think I've sold approx 10 pairs at ?5.00 each, mainly all through my Yahoo Group. I must confess I don't push this line as much as I should.

Have been told by a UK model whose used underwear was sold for something like $500 on an auction site.

I remember one model who used to sell her cigarette ends.
Cathy Barry sometimes auctions items on her website.
