Its been a couple of years since I was a regular poster here so I've popped back in to see what's going on. My interest in the British porn industry never faded but I 'burned out' on these boards...

First, BGAFD is still an incredible resource - quite unique and amazing quality. Congratulations and thanks to all involved - then and now.

Second, British porn seems to have changed a lot over these 2 years. Some for the better, some for the worse. Relish and Rude Britannia have led an increase in quality (and they aren't quite alone) - the Ben Dover wannabees are no longer 99% of British porn (the other 1% was Ben himself - when I started buying his was the only quality product out there!! Good luck to them all.

British attitudes - legal and otherwise - to porn continue to move glacially if at all. One step forward, one step back. That probably shouldn't be surprising given our 'culture'.

Its strangely comforting to see there are still long threads on how terrible Brit porn is. Much of it is of course - every bit as bad as the majority of American and European porn. There's good stuff out there but you have to hunt it out and part with your porno pound with caution (but when wasn't that true!).

Finally, the stars of the show. Well we were in something of a golden age back in 2000/2 with the likes of Layla, Hannah, Angel, Ashley and Rebecca seeming at times to dominate even the US market. The east european wave may have stopped that but there are still top quality new performers emerging.

So anyway folks anything important happened in Britporn in the last two years?

re. the nature of some threads - yes, some things will probably never change and perhaps it would be a duller place if they did.

the most important happening over the past two years? the matter-of-factness with which h/c is now regarded in british society. it's here to stay...

Maybe nothing changes on the forum - but the site is bigger and better than ever. Continues to blow every other porn info site out of the water with ease - and that's enough or woodgnome et al's heads will swell to the point of explosion!
