I'm not in the industry but unless Emma signs a "model release" I doubt very much anyone in the "business" will buy your video as they probably won't be able to do anything with it commercially.

Also, I doubt if anyone will pay ?100 just to have the video for personal use.

Well revo, any half descent webmaster/producer would not touch your film with a barge pole unless you had the model release etc to go with the footage, but besides that it is just wrong to even think about trying to sell the film you took with this girl with out her consent.

You would be surprised to know that some people will pay a lot more than ?100 for a video for personal use. I have just arranged a max of a 45 mins video for one surfer. This is of a model doing solo/toys and a bit of peeing... She's getting 66% of the fee and I'm happy with the balance...

You are confusing us. If Emma said you could do what you like with the material, and you think she literally meant that, what's the problem?
But since you are thinking about phoning her, you obviously are not sure what she meant.
Apart from the "legal" problems other posters have mentioned, you would be a real arsehole if you don't clarify the situation with her.

Yourchoice might buy it for the Viewers Wives series. They'll take anyone - I'm in loads (inc latest, 41)

You could expect upwards of 150, maybe a lot more.

They will need a model release and photocopy of her passport as ID.

Drop them a line and see what they say.

There is no way that you'll make legit money without her permission, but with it, maybe.
