I was thinking of ordering from this company but their e-mail bounced. Has anyone dealt with them and what is your opinion of service and quality?

Hes the one running the website. As for reputable, I think they are. They are also one of the sponsers here see the advert on the left hand side above the Latests BBFC R18 ratings

I used this one from your mail support link
nylon.admindvd@telefonica.net and it bounced back saying "The following destination addresses were unknown (please check the addresses and re-mail the message):"
Hope you can answer some queires so I'll e-mail you at the other address.
