I think u have to change the security settings tools/internet options.., click on security tab, click custom level button, I think (i am not sure) but u could disable 'scripting of java applets' and 'active scripting', u could disable 'run activex controls and plug-ins' and 'script activex controls marked safe for scripting'.

This prog in zip just shows gozilla on my system(which can be disabled by itself).
