Why? What was he promoting? I just posted on the promotions forum because I thought this sort of stuff didn't belong there and lo and behold it's you that transferred it.

it was a question asked by someone in the industry, best answered by someone in the industry. hence it was moved to what is, in effect, the industry forum.
