Has anyone here bought from this firm: ?
In January I ordered two films from them. They billed my credit card for the order and told me they had sent it, but I never received my films.
By the end of February I mailed them about this problem. Though I received an automated reply telling me that my mail had been read by a certain Mr. Butler, they never answered my mail. Neither did they answer my next mail, but now I did not even get an automated reply anymore.
Obviously this firm rather loses a customer than running the risk of having to replace a lost order.
Did anyone have similar or better experiences with this firm?
