** BGAFD 5: TERMS FOR PHOTOGRAPERS **

If previous BGAFD get togethers are anything to go by a cracking good time should be had by all this coming Saturday. Naturally, many of you will be keen to record the scandalous goings-ons for posterity and we would appreciate your co-operation in this regard. Basically, we would like all imagery taken at 'BGAFD 5' to be published via BGAFD.
To this end - and without wishing to get too heavy - anyone publishing such images elsewhere, whether for commercial gain (membership sites, magazines, etc) or otherwise (personal sites, freehosts, etc) is liable to have their BGAFD membership cancelled and will not be welcome at any future events.
Of course, pictures can be taken solely for private use without their being forwarded to BGAFD.
As well as preventing commercial exploitation of what is essentially an informal social gathering, it also helps us to protect the rights and preferences of those who attend the event - not everyone is relaxed about their image being in the public domain in such a context.
Anyone who feels that this policy is too restrictive should leave their camera at home.
Those who want to have their photos published in the 'BGAFD 5' Miscellany section can forward them (zipped, preferably) to info@bgafd.co.uk.
