What I dislike is that even though you tick all the "I am not interested" boxes. You still get shit via email and snail mail.
I get these on snail mail from;

Spirit is nothing to do with Fiona Cooper.....Liz (the owner of Spirit) used to work with Fiona Cooper but hasnt done for quite some time now...

If you email Simply with the name and address that they are sending the stuff too then they will stop sending the stuff to you.
Well they did for me anyway.
