Could anyone out there please tell me if there are any foreign channels to be had on sky digital and if the answer is yes what are the frequency /settings?

There are some but they are mainly East European! Have a look at these sites for frequencies etc:

As Jayr has already said there are a few but if you mean in terms of hardcore stuff then there is none.

I guess if you want to receive hc adult channels from Europe the only way is to get a proper setup to get the channels available on hotbird.

The Lyngsat link however does give Satellite Positions for all free to air channels and there are some "adult" channels listed. But to get them you'll need the proper gear as Hawkins said.
The skydigi box does not take kindly to having the dish pointed anywhere other then 28 degrees!

Being a real thickie when it comes to anything technical can anyone tell me if it is possible to receive any porn h/c porn channels using my Sky dish and box? I've seen stuff about moving your dish about etc but could some genius put it all into terms that the mentally challenged can understand!

Well the Sky box isn't really capable of recieving anything other then "Sky digital" channels mainly because they were virtually giving them away and they wouldn't want you viewing other peoples programs!
But in simple laymans terms:

The position of the satellites are in degrees (think of a protractor you used in school!) the land is 0 degrees and straight up is 90 degrees Sky Digital is being broadcast from satellites at 28 degrees up from the "land". The dish needs to be pointed at various points in the sky depending on what satellite the channels you want to look at are being broadcast. Each of these satellites are in a fixed position so you need to know where in the sky they are which the links in my first post tell you.

All that might not make any sense at all really? D'oh!!! Lmfao!
