Can someone tell me about these R18 vids? Are they any good? How hard are they? What can they show?
Are they just as soft as the shit u get on The Adult/Fantasy channels?

Phil is correct. They do show full penetration and cumshots but they ar not allowed to show certain fetishes e.g. bondage, pissing etc. Female ejaculation (squirting) is also banned.

Crazy really when you think that a few years ago anal was considered a perversion and was illegal even in private between men and women but now its accepted as a normal practise every porn film going. The BBFC use the rule of "potential harm" to cencor certain things they think could be harmfull if copied. Tell me why is a girl having her arsehole knocked out of shape by Rocco to the point where she has to wear nappies considered OK by the bbfc and yet they still insist that a girl filmed peeing breaches the O.P.A? I know they say they are tied by what the police tell them is likely to be found obscene by a jury but I bet your average jury would be more likely to find a Rocco film obscene than say for example one of the Ben Dover pee scenes which were cut.

bbfc guidelines

The comments above are true, but make sure you buy one of the R18 vids released in the last year, after the guidelines were relaxed, and not the old R18s which were basically softcore. Some shops are still selling the old ones at reduced prices (say, ?10 insetad of ?20).

Slightly off topic perhaps, this isn't something I'm interested in subject wise (ie gay sex) but I was reading through all the reasons why some of these R18s were cut on the above Melonfarmers link and I found this one, which has to be one of the oddest rules in censorship.

"(Under the 1967 Sexual Offences Act it is illegal for "homosexual buggery" to take place when more than two men are present. The BBFC is therefore currently required to cut any sequences where unsimulated anal penetration is clearly taking place and more than two men are present in frame. Group sex is permitted in gay 'R18's if no anal penetration is visible and anal penetration is itself permitted provided that only two men are in frame. However, if more than two men are present on screen whilst anal penetration occurs this is - under UK law - a criminal offence and the BBFC is required to cut.)

So between 2 guys, it's not obscene. Between two guys and another guy watching it IS obscene. Makes perfect sense. Not.joe king wrote:
