Was just wondering if someone could give me advice. If you order for example the adult channel, will it appear on any sky bill, or if i pay with my visa will i not receive anything from sky to say i ordered the channel.

its just i have two flatmates who are slightly prudish and while they are away tonight i thought i would order myself the adult channel but not if it would appear on the bill

any advice??

Nothing will appear on your sky bill.

The company that own the adult channel will have some average
sounding name (Acme Ltd or whatever) so nobody will know.

BUT

Think carefully before you order any adult channel on sky. Most
have great adverts but when it comes to the programs they are
a great disappointment.

In the past I have subscribed to the adult channel, and all the
adverts show modern up to date programs with sexy young
models, but when you subscribe you find yourself watching an
old american porn movie from the 80s with all the sex cut out
of it.

You then wonder what happened to all the sexy young girls
they prmoised you. Dont bother.

Forget Sky Pron..., a few years back I paid the fiver and seconds later a fit bird announcer said "every Wednesday night is gay night", so I switched off, but next night I paid the fiver and it was a soft version of a hardcore movie I already owned.

I think it said Portland Enterprises on the firm's credit card.

If you subscribe to any of the Playboy UK channels (which includes The Adult Channel) they won't appear on your Sky bill, just on your card or bank statement. Your bill will have HVC limited on it so no-one needs to know you are watching.
