Vida Garman Websites

Hi there long time reader first time poster. i'm curious to know whether the two vida websites and are any good. something tells me they're probably not but still i cant be sure. so if anybodys a member of these sites it would be great if they could reveal all - unique content or not, any movies etc. cheers.
