Hi,
as anyone used this company for dvd's in the uk and if so what is their reliability/delivery times like ?

They're a little more expensive than importing from the USA. However, items are posted from within the UK so no potential customs aggro and come via recorded delivery. They have a ltd. form of order tracking (maintained by a third party) which will indicate your disc has been mailed when in fact it hasn't. However, all my orders have arrived and have been quite happy with them. (Friendly enough customer service for example.)

if the imported material conforms to the bbfc's criteria for r18 classification, then there should be no problem.

anecdotal evidence seems to suggest that customs is playing with a straight bat when checking incoming dvd's, videos, etc.
