We are a fairly new video production & web company who are looking for reliable girls for hard B/G shoots. We have done a few hard G/G shoots but have also been let down no less than three times in the last two months by models not appearing and giving little (if any) notice.

Traditionally we have used sites like themodelsclub.co.uk as a source of models but the majortiy of the models on there will only go as far as G/G - are there similar sites for those who will do harder work? I dont want to use agencies as I dont see why the models should have to give 20% of what they earn to an agency for doing next to nothing.

Failing that we would appreciate some recommendations from others of reliable models they have worked with in the past. We are after younger models (ideally under 25) and they must not be "famous" - we are not naive (sp?) enough to think we will get many first timers but we dont want to use the "usual suspects", if you get what I mean!!!

If you are model reading this, please get in touch - we are looking for all types of models from lingerie to hard B/G mostly for our website. We can provide references from models we have worked with already and can guarantee confidentiality (until such times as you decide whether to shoot with us or not, obviously!!)

If it comes to you having to using an agent I would reccomend Sam JonsonPromotions, Sam is a model herself and is one of the only agents I would say earns her commision. I worked with a nice girl today called Faye and she is brand new and does boy/girl so you could ask about her.

If you're interested I can also tell you what agencies not to use (the ones that rip off girls by lying about the job, charging commission twice, etc), just e-mail me for details.

as far as agencys are concerned whats the problem with girls paying commision? if you book through an agency they can give you a contract to gaurentee a model turning up ,belive me sometimes that can be harder work than you imagine

I'd just like to make it clear Cathy Barry has no connection whatsoever with Universe Models, apart from being on their books. It's just a coincidence the boss of Universe models shares the same surname.

...i thought a forum was to inform and debate ,so what if i own
universe models (i dont)but even if i did whats wrong with promoting them if they are good.....

Or failing that, people can just stop nit-picking when some genuine info is being offered in response to a query. Some of the people on this forum seem to be incapable of allowing the models a say.
