Hey guys, I read Rimbaud's thread about you sending dvd 's from Holland, also another pal o' mine has said he also received one of yours from Holland. I thought you shipped from within the U.K.! Can you clarify this for me, as I have no wish to import what many still see as an illegal product.

As fars as I understand it, the process of buying DVD's happens in the Netherlands. The actual dispatch of the DVD's happens from within the UK. I think that's within the law.

I didn't think it was possible to ship within the UK unless you use a hovercraft.

Its only magazines which are posted in Holland and YC reckon none of them have been pinched by customs for a long time.

FLC - wouldn't worry about importing. Unless you're importing sick weird stuff, customs will ignore you.

DVDs dont come recorded ever. ive ordered a few and they always come regular post - your agents are too tight!

On the subject that Ben raised about your agents being tight. I agree. I have had several faulty tapes because they use the cheapest, poor quality blank tapes that they can find. And they use old vcrs linked together with crappy cable to dupe the customer copies. As one of the most expensive companies you really should make more effort. I have even had tapes sent without sleeves. However I can say that your agents in the north use good quality tapes (usually) but your agent in the south ( I will not give the area incase Old Bill reads this) uses awfull tapes. I could do it better than that. I would like to know how much you pay these agents.
