You need to download a Torrent client such as Azureus (small file, easy to use)

At puretna double click on torrent name
(stacy-owen-threesome.mpg.torrent)

This will download a small "torrent" file to your hard disk (this is not the
image but a pointer to where the image is)

Open up this "torrent" file in azureus (this may happen automatically)

Wait for a while so that azureus can figure out where the file is and how to
download it.

The file will then be gradually downloaded, not from one persons computer
but from loads of them (a bit from each person). These people who supply
the file are called Seeders.

Once you have downloaded it then you become a seeder.

Using bit torrent you can download anything you want, films, games, books, tv shows etc.

There are thousands of people doing this all day every day.
