Distributor was required to make a compulsory cut to urolagnia (sexual activity simultaneous with urination) in order to achieve an R18 in line with BBFC Policy, Guidelines and current interpretation with the Obscene Publications Act 1959. Another cut was also required to change a word in the original title which encouraged an interest in underage activity. R18s can only be sold in licensed sex shops.
