Why do the cutting crew at the BBFC think that "masturbation during urination" is such a threat to the Nation so as they look at an image and say "I can look on it but you have a child's mind in an adult's body and I must decide what you can or can't be allowed to look at"? Or do they have a list of taboo subjects listed by the Home Office which they have to enforce?

such quirks always make me smile when you think that the Home Office minister responsible for 'steering' the video recordings act through for Mrs. T at the time it was passed through parliament, was non other than one, David Mellor, who although famous for acts involving toes probably drew the line at the content described!
