Is there anyone out there who will trade this material?

I have quite a few tapes to trade in return. As these are not copyrighted I assume this is OK.

Maybe some legal expert will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there's any such thing as 'not copyrighted'. If you create something the copyright is yours until you sell or give it away - of course you would have to prove you created it in some way, but there is no formal process like getting a patent.

Nonetheless as an amateur producer I certainly wouldn't object to people trading my tapes. If they makers wanted to make money out of it, they'd have marketed it themselves. So long as you're not pirating it, Anthony, I don't think you're doing anything seriously wrong, though technically it is copyright theft.

by definition, if you've got hold of it, then a decision has been made at some point to allow it into the marketplace. In other words it's probably not 'amateur' at all. Somebody, even if not the hands-on producer, is trying to make money out of it.

On a fact-of-the-matter basis, though, I don't think many pornmeisters object to tape-swapping or fans reselling originals, as overall this serves to strengthen the fan base...

What I was trying to ask was that hopefully I would not be stepping on anyones toes so to speak. With regards to the like of Ben Dover Marcus Allen etc material.

I know there are various "purveyors" of amateur material around like Britcams etc and I do not want to infringe on their material. I was basically looking for any material that is not in the public domain and is of like minded people who wish to trade their own material etc.

So if there is anyone out there who wants to trade send me an email.
