Just got paperback - initial browse - first thoughts, lots of text. Where's the pictures?
Page 98 has ... at first glance he (Marcus Allen) reminds me of Bob Todd, the long standing stooge in Benny Hill, who provided a running visual gag everytime he got his head slapped ...
I think you meant Jack/Jackie Wright - no, not Marcus looks like Jackie Wright but that the stooge was Jackie Wright, you were thinking of the short bald irish fella? Although I think Bob Todd do something similar, the main man was the Irish Jack Wright
