That's not true, it shouldn't be a pre-requisite so read all the posts on Vidshop before you order - the fact they make guarantees on their website is enou.... hang on.... you're one of these trolls aren't you?

They are not 'dodgy'. They make mistakes, but judging by the decreasing frequency of complaints and some positive reports, not as many as they used to. They have also recently improved their site so that it indicates whether an item is in stock or not, which was the souuce of one type of complaint. There is a warning next to their link. Read back through the threads.

send them e-mail. They will reply. It took them nearly a month to send my dvds but I got them ,eventually.

I must have sent them about 20+ e-mails so far. The order was placed in july, the money was taken in August. They reply saying that it is on back order, then tell me to re-order again but will charge me again when i re-order. This goes on & on then when you think you are getting somewhere a computer generated e-mail comes back saying it is on back order! Their advertised phone number is not working. I have faxed them too.
Don't forget that each e-mail takes a week for them to respond.
