PortwayFilms problems

just wonfering if any one out there has had problems with this site
I have bought the clip thru ( payasyouclick.com ) confirmed payment, is ok
a new link then opens taking me to portwayenterprises.com, i then click on the clip that i have ordered it appears to load it (buffering message appears) however after a while the following error message appears

any help + pics of Sarah Wright would be greatly appreciated
