Im amazed i didnt know sarah had such small tits until that. She did the right thing though having the boob job.

Jay looked much better without the plastic.Unless I'm mistaken ,the bloke is (Dame)Tessa Blackstone's brother,who later achieved another kind of notoriety when he was fined by the FSA,for breaking their rules?
When I first met Sarah,before her boob job,they were smaller than those shown in any of the attached pictures.When I last saw her,some 3 years ago,she was talking of a reduction.I do not know if she then went ahead.

When I first met Sarah,in John Graham's studio,many moons ago,and before the ' Moser' era,her boobs were smaller than any of the attached pictures.When last met,about 4 years ago,she was talking of having the implants removed,because of back pain.I don't know if she ever went ahead.
