Looks like her ... the tattoo on the BGAFD pic is on the opposite shoulder to the one in the set originally posted and different design, of course. I looked at some other Jo May gals to see if she'd had a tattoo done on right shoulder too since. But all the ones I found at least only show the left shoulder tattoo. Like this one:

But guess it could be a fake like you suggest. The others I got as Laura Jones, Kelle Marie, Sammy Jayne and Michelle Thorne same as others.
