Seems to be real rush of very tame, older material appearing on both TVX and PBTV channels lately. Have they given up buying new stuff or is OFCOM watching at present and their outputs are deliberatley tamed down?

I wonder what OFCOM will do when JOOST hits.

The guys behind Kazaa and Skype are working on advertising supported peer to peer TV, with protection (and revenue) for copyright holders.

What with Xplicit coping a massive fine recently. I reckon everyone is taking Ofcom very seriously.

You guys might moan, and quite right too but there is so many people still subscribing thatit still makes it worthwhile to broadcast soft.

If these guys got the greenlight they'd be in like a flash. It would brighten up the programming controllers dreary day for a start.
