Peepshow Special series

I wanted to know why it's so difficult to get hold of the Peepshow Specials series. i'm particularly looking out for number 12 (it's on BGAFD) and the Erika Winstanley scene.
Why does it take so long for them to release these DVD's? Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a copy, or a site where I can download that scene from?
