Why do they think we are all stupid

If your wondering what i'm refering to - PREMIUM PHONE LINES - and in particular - SPORTXXXBABES channel 923 and 941.
I enjoy speaking to the girls from Sport - Angel, Yazmin, Harmony, Amber Cyprus, Kaz B, Crystal Lei. Usually when i speak to the girls - i can see them talking to me, so i know my money is well spent. WELL GUESS WHAT Thursday night, whilst trying to speak to Harmony, the following happened:
I Called, got through, but there was no response from anyone. So i decided that there must have been a technical fault so i tried again. Still no luck. i gave it another go but there was no one on the line even tho calls were being excepted on it. I decided to then pay for the incripted channel and thats when i realised i was being scammed for my calls as Harmony was on the incripted channel? How can a girl be expected to except calls from one channel and work on another? All the girls wear headsets as we know but in incription they don't.
What i believe is happening is when the girls go incripted - instead of switching off the head sets - the channel are leaving them on so that they can receive 'extra' calls onto the system and take money without providing us with the service they promise.
We all enjoy talking to the gorgeous girls but its a shame that whoever is running the show spoils it by trying to scam us. Has anyone else experianced problems such as this - if so then please feel free to email me as i WILL be taking this matter and any others a lot further. Can anyone please advise me where the channel is filmed as i would like to speak with the manager personally.
