Now, before anyone tells me off, I know that it's all my fault. I knew their reputation and took a chance anyway.
I ordered a dvd on the 4th of October. It said it was in stock on their site and would be shipped within 24 hours. Well, I'm still waiting and I have to write god knows how many e-mails before they eventually reply to say they are working on it.

Jay of 'Your Choice'.......I should have listened.

I ordered 4 DVDs on 24 August. Nothing until 18 Sept when two arrived and my card was debited for the full amount (i.e.four DVDs worth). Kept chasing and getting excuses via email. Emails seem to take up to a week just to get a human response, which is particularly poor. On the seventh November they said they were out of stock (like I couldn't have guessed!) and I said fine, just cancel the order and refund the money you took on 18 Sept. They eventuall emailed back to say please choose two alternative DVDs and I politely said no. I now have an email saying they will refund...I'll let you know if and when that happens.
Meanwhile I ordered four DVD's from www.fivestardvd.com on 25 Oct. They all arrived within a week along with the two bonus DVDs. The prices were better, even after I had to pay customs charges to the Post Office (about 9 quid), the service exemplary and the product the same.
So the message is...NEVER TRUST VIDSHOP WITH YOUR MONEY. I hope that came over loud and clear.
Incidentally one of the movies I ordered from five star was Roccos Animal Trainer 5 and one seen got my wife so hot she demanded, yes DEMANDED that I fuck her in the arse after watching it - something that's been off the menu for a while around here!

No they're not! I've ordered several things from Vidshop and they've always delivered on time.
