an initial report in the sunday times culture mag strengthens my guess of a superficial (this is about flesh after all) analysis of the deep concerns that nudity has engendered in a catholic guilt ridden society. '..no fresh analysis is attempted..'.

Maybe, bur Rebekah Jordan doesn't necessarily mean a good programme. I've programmes to be made on friends of mine who have been very dissapointed at the final edit.
Still, the fact that it's being addressed at all is progress of a kind I 'spose

the subtitle to the prog. Why 40 years? So 1960 was a turning point in censorship? a pixelated erection does not a programme make.

They've released a video not officially available in the UK (the BBFC refused it even a R18 cert but you can get it from CD Zone no problem) called 'Bitchcraft' which includes fun of the liquid variety and some fisting as well, all included in their standard European stage show.
I haven't had the opportunity to watch the upcoming BBC1 thing but that won't appear, obviously. If you do want to know more, they are on tour at the moment, and I wholeheartedly recommend it
