During my time I've ordered 6 videos from VidShop.

Only three of them ever arrived, and the ones that did took a very long time indeed. I've been waiting about six months for Fresh Meat 4 now, their emails say that they have trouble getting stock but their site says that it is 'in stock'.

Anyone else experienced similar problems, and if so, did you ever solve them and how?

See various threads below which should answer your questions about 'anyone else'. PLease do a search on the forum before re-hashing old topics. This was discussed quite recently.

Amongst lots of other people I had trouble with them I just emailed every address they supplied everyday until my 3 tapes arrived

No much - but I did eventually get the correct order
