Hi all

Anyone else having any problems with orders from these guys and girls? I placed an order back in May for a number of movies they stocked (including some UK ones) and some of these were apparently mailed out to me in early June - they have yet to appear.

Having e-mailed them every week since, I've been unable to get any form of reply.

Beginning to wonder if they've gone bust or got busted - anyone any news? They're usually pretty good so I'm a bit puzzled...

I have said this before and I will say it again.

My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from Vidshop is don't. A bit blunt I know but Vidshop have terrible customer service, only very rarely answer emails, on the few occasions that you get a reply that will take weeks and most DVD's take an age to be delivered. Add to that they have some of the highest prices for DVD's in Europe then I can't see why anybody would order from them.

If you have ordered from them my advice is to never order from them again.

Don't believe me then go to
and in the search box type in Vidshop and in the search by date put August 1999 and then look at all the threads complaining about Vidshop from years back to the present day.

I also remember seeing a thread on Adult DVD Talk where Vidshop hijacked another companies domain and replaced that site with there own. I will try to find that thread this evening and post it.

If it's R18's you're after then buy them here they're cheap, have a fast UK delivery and answer emails.
