I'm sorry !!!!!!
I keep getting emails from different departments updating me on the stages, so i think it's going well, but as i haven't used this company before, i'm not sure how many departments it goes through till i get the final yes. I did speak to someone about it yesterday (who has used the company before) and they think i'm nearly there, so hopefully very very soon.
