You've posted a link to the video I mentioned (well done - I couldn't find it!), clearly showing Louise Muirhead and equally clearly calling her Louise Louellen. I have no idea where the name 'Tarcy' comes from: the picture is quite obviously Louise Muirhead/Louellen. See also
