Is it technically illegal to film girls smoking?

Not outside but in a studio atmosphere,
and could a producer get fined if film was shot featuring this type of content
and it was proved to be made after the indroduction of the smoking ban?

I think that would be totally laughable but technically yes. Though the person slapping the fine would have to admit to watching porn and having the added complication of proving the date it was shot but anyone that was that anal about it deserves to get a knuckle sandwich in the chops...with rings on.

You'd be allowing smoking in the workplace, which is wrong.
Unless, as I believe some theatres have done, is apply for an exemption certificate where smoking is an intrinsic part of the performance.
I assume it would be difficult and expensive to do.

if it is a private home no
if it is in a hotel that has a smoking room no
if it is in a studio then yes it is illegal.
Smoking is it an oral thing ? if it is then have the model suck a cock for pete's sake and not a fag - its safer healthier and a whole lot more fun for the male model, Id rather have me cock sucked than choke in a room full of smoke.

Smoking in a cinema is either likely to get you dirty looks from the other patrons or as one over zealous patron did repeatedly kick the offending smoker into his chair for being wrong and strong about it with lip.
Secretly I laughed deep down inside...but yeah violence is wrong.
